Greg Jackson

Greg Jackson is the founder and CEO of Octopus Energy Group, a green energy technology company headquartered in the United Kingdom. Octopus Energy Group serves more than 3.1 million customers and operates in 13 countries. Its proprietary technology platform, Kraken, licenses over 23 million accounts worldwide.

Since establishing Octopus Energy, Jackson has led the company’s mission to provide affordable, sustainable power through technology-driven disruption of the energy market. Under Jackson’s leadership, Octopus Energy has secured more than $1.5 billion in funding from international energy companies, pension funds, and global investors, with a company valuation of approximately $5 billion.

Jackson is recognized as a thought leader in energy transition, energy costs, and innovation.
